◆ Machining time: the longer it takes to machine a part, the higher its cost. Machining time is usually the main cost reason for CNC machining.
◆ Surface and structure: multi-surface products, processing will require multi-surface clamping and processing, or the use of 4-axis 5-axis machine processing, as far as possible to reduce the number of surfaces; structure, for example: very dense bone position will increase the cost of processing time, the internal right angle will increase the cost of discharge clearance, etc.
