So I would like to introduce some information about the Plastic Injection mold parts.
Firstly, there are many kinds of plastic material that we use, like ABS, PS, PC, PEEK, ABS+PC, PA66+30%GF, POM(Acetal/ Delrin) and son on, we will confirm the plastic material with you before quotation, different plastic has different features, so it’s up to your parts usage and the requirement of the material, so please offer more details about the parts so that we could give you more suggestion for your reference according to our professional experience if you need.
Secondly, there are two ways to get the samples:
One is directly open the injection mold, then we will make the samples for your testing by mold, if the sample is ok, then we will continue the mass production for you.
Sure, if you don’t want to place the mass production order, we also could make the samples for you by machining if your parts are suitable to make it by machining, or by 3D printing.
About the injection plastic mold parts, usually there is MOQ requirement, because it is not economical if the quantity is too less.
