We always encounter all kinds of problems about oxide film in production. What are the solutions to these problems about oxide film?Oxide film conductivity is not ideal?
Reason: The oxidation time is too long and the oxide film is too thick.
Solution: Operating time should be strictly controlled.
Oxide film adhesion is poor
Reason:
(1)The oxide film is too thick;
(2)The concentration of the oxidizing solution is too large;
(3)The temperature of the oxidizing solution is too high;
(4)Oxide film is not aged
Solution: The operator can adjust according to the above four factors that have an influence on the adhesion of the oxide film.
It is difficult to form an oxide film on the perforations of the oxidized member and its surroundings.
Reason:
(1)The workpiece is not thoroughly rinsed after caustic washing;
(2)There is butter around the hole of the workpiece;
Solution:
(1)Wash with gasoline before alkali washing, emulsifier should be added to the alkali washing solution;
(2)The workpiece should be rinsed clean after caustic washing.
Blind hole of the oxidized part and its surroundings appear dark yellow spots
Reason: After oxidizing, it is not completely rinsed in clean water, and the residual solution in the pores is outflow during the drying process.
Solution: After the workpiece is oxidized, it must be violently rinsed, the residual liquid is exhausted, and if necessary, a medical syringe can be used to absorb the residual liquid.
Oxide film surface color uneven
Reason: The aluminum piece has a large area and is swung excessively in the oxidation tank, and the contact, renewal and exchange of the edge and the center portion are greatly different from each other, resulting in different color of the oxide film.
Solution: The amplitude of the workpiece swing during oxidation is small, and static treatment is also possible, but when the temperature of the solution is too low, the map-like spot is likely to appear, which is unnatural.
