Metal surface treatment process——anodizing.
Nowadays, metal crafts are more popular.
Many machines in the market will have large pieces of metal.
The metal surface treatment process is commonly used for anodizing.
It can be used to prevent corrosion of the product or to achieve the dual function of protective decoration.

Anodizing
The anodic oxidation process is known as the "universal" technology for aluminum alloy surface treatment. The anodizing treatment of aluminum and aluminum alloy is a process in which an aluminum or aluminum alloy article is used as an anode in an electrolyte solution, and an aluminum oxide film is formed on the surface by electrolysis
The thickness of the anodized film of aluminum and its alloy can reach tens to hundreds of micrometers, and has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, wear resistance, weather resistance, and strong adsorption performance.
The aluminum product can be electrolytically colored after anodizing. As the color time increases, the color is from shallow to deep, and a variety of colors can be produced, and various decorative methods can be used to obtain a beautiful decorative appearance.
Process: shelf → pretreatment → anodizing → electrolytic coloring (bronze or titanium) → sealing → unloading

Anodizing technology is widely used in various fields, not only in electronic products such as mobile phones and computers, but also in mechanical parts, aircraft and automobile parts, precision instruments and radio equipment, daily necessities and architectural decoration.
The requirements for anodizing processes in different applications are also different.
The color film obtained by the electrolytic coloring process of aluminum and aluminum alloy has good wear resistance, light resistance, heat resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and is widely used in modern buildings.
At present, many mobile phones use anodizing process to complete the coloring of aluminum alloy by electrolysis, and there are many “local gold”, “deep gray”, “rose gold”, “grass green” and “coral blue”. With its colorful colors, the aluminum-based smartphone has promoted the universalization of aluminum alloy metal for mobile phones with its unique luster and good grip.
Anodized aluminum has stable coloration, high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, better metal texture, stain resistance, fingerprint resistance, good thermal conductivity, etc. Therefore, many electronic products use anodized aluminum technology to enhance their texture and performance. Anodizing is also an indispensable part of the hardware industry, and the processed hardware will be more durable than the original.
