CNC full name is Computer Numerical Control ,it means that we need to make programming before the machine turn round .Actually there are many things we need to do before production, below are some main details:
1,When we get the technical drawings(2D and 3D),technical engineers will work for the drawings, and make sure the drawings are consistent.
2,Processing engineers will create processing flow according to customers’ requirements.
3, CNC Programming Engineer will make programming according to processing flow.
4,CNC machinists will input the programming into CNC machines, and fix the tools to complete a clamping.
For the four steps, we usually need to take about 2~3 days, and the cost will be shared to each piece, if customer just needs to order 1pc,obviously it is expensive, for 1000pcs,each piece will be understood a less set-up cost. Well, there are some factories are glad to do prototypes, it has a high profit, but they need a lot of engineers to work together.
